Tenerife groups - Summer 2015

Posted on 22 August 2015

The Summer is coming to its end, and now it is time to look back and remember some of the best moments that our lovely Tenerife groups have lived in Brighton- plenty of games, sports, trips and of course, a lot of English. As a picture is worth more than a thousands words, here are some snapshots of the time that they spent with us.

July group saying bye to their families, the adventure has just started and everyone is ready to take off!

The first day's orientation tour. We visited the most significant places in Brighton and, of course, the Royal Pavilion was the main attraction.

We need to practise outside what we learnt at class, so what is it better than enjoying a good film session to test our listening?

There is always time to enjoy a bit of the great English Countryside. But how difficult is it to get such a big group ready for a picture?!... Let's go everyone...Cheese...!

Visiting London is also great to do - plenty of fun and new things to see! You have to be ready to find out nearly everything about the City. Leo is the best, we know it and we onjoy a lot all the things he says and shows us.

Lovely summer day, perfect for visiting Buckinham Palace and its lovely gardens. The guys walked around, took some photos and found out how friendly the squirrels are.

And when the weather allowed it, some outside activities. Here's the gruop spending after class time playing volley ball.

We went to Cambridge and of course its great colleges amazed us. However, as this selfie shows, there's nothing better than punting on the River Cam. Careful of the current, sailors!!

These guys really know how to feel the music. Of course, they were very taught by our lovely drum teacher, Jeanette.

Picadilly Circus! We didn't miss the opportunity to visit London's Centre, and to do a bit of shopping in its many, many shops.

A barbecue on the beach with the Brighton Pier in the background - such a typical summer Brightonian pic. Mind the meat, girls!!! Don't wanna eat burnt food!!

Seven Sister's Cliff, one of the most beautiful natural places in the UK. We were very lucky to have a sunny day and of course the guys didn't waste the chance to admire this fantastic view.
